Fastest way to get help: email support@bananagun.games with the game’s name, your device model and OS version, your player ID (Settings → About) and a screenshot or short video if you can. We reply within 2 business days.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I play your games?

Our first game is still in development. Join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know when it lands on the App Store and Google Play.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the game’s Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.

I was charged but didn’t get my item.

Restart the game with a stable connection and tap Restore purchases. Still missing? Email us your order ID (it’s on your Apple or Google receipt) and we’ll sort it out.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by the stores, so refunds are too: use reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or the Google Play refund page.

How do I remove ads?

Where available, a No Ads pack in the in-game shop removes interstitial and banner ads. Rewarded ads are always optional — you choose when to watch them.

I lost my progress.

Progress is saved on your device and, where supported, backed up with Game Center or Google Play Games. Sign in with the same account and it should come back. If it doesn’t, email us your player ID.

How do I delete my data?

Email hello@bananagun.games with the subject “Privacy request” and your player ID. We’ll delete your data within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.

Can I become a playtester?

Yes. Sign up here and we’ll send TestFlight or Google Play testing invites when a build is ready.

For parents

Our games are free to download and may include optional in-app purchases and ads. You can turn off or password-protect purchases with Screen Time on iPhone or purchase approvals on Google Play.

Oyunun Ayarlar menüsünü aç ve Satın alımları geri yükle’ye dokun. Satın alırken kullandığın Apple kimliği ya da Google hesabıyla oturum açtığından emin ol.

Ücret alındı ama ürünüm gelmedi.

Oyunu sağlam bir internet bağlantısıyla yeniden başlat ve Satın alımları geri yükle’ye dokun. Hâlâ yoksa sipariş numaranı (Apple ya da Google faturanda yazar) bize gönder, hemen çözelim.

Nasıl iade alırım?

Ödemeleri mağazalar işlediği için iadeler de onlar üzerinden yapılır: App Store için reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play için Google Play iade sayfası.

Reklamları nasıl kaldırırım?

Varsa, oyun içi mağazadaki Reklamsız paketi geçiş ve banner reklamları kaldırır. Ödüllü reklamlar her zaman isteğe bağlıdır; ne zaman izleyeceğine sen karar verirsin.

İlerlemem kayboldu.

İlerleme cihazına kaydedilir ve destekleniyorsa Game Center ya da Google Play Games ile yedeklenir. Aynı hesapla oturum açınca geri gelmesi gerekir. Gelmezse oyuncu kimliğini bize gönder.

Verilerimi nasıl sildiririm?
